About EZ Audio

EZ Audio (https://ezaudio.app) turns Vietnamese text into speech, and stories into audio files, videos, cover images and subtitles. This page explains what data we keep and how we use it.

What we store

Account: your email address, name and profile picture from Google when you sign in; your plan, remaining characters and story history.

Stories: the text and images you upload and the files we make. They are deleted automatically when your plan's storage time ends (3, 7 or 30 days).

IP address: used to limit free trial stories and prevent abuse; the daily counters are deleted after one day.

Cookies: only to keep you signed in, to keep a draft of your story in your browser, and for a few minutes while you upload a video to YouTube.

Uploading to YouTube

When you choose "Đăng lên YouTube" (Upload to YouTube), you sign in with Google and grant EZ Audio a single permission: to upload videos to your YouTube channel (the youtube.upload scope). We do not read, change or delete your videos, comments, playlists or any other data in your YouTube account.

Google gives us an access token that expires after about one hour. We use it only for the upload you asked for (the video, and the title, description, visibility and cover image you chose). The token is not stored and is not shared with anyone. We keep only the link to the uploaded video, to show it on your story page, and delete it together with the story.

You can revoke this permission at any time on your Google Account permissions page.

This feature uses the YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google processes data according to the Google Privacy Policy.

Who processes data

Supabase (sign-in and database), Modal (servers that make the voice and video, and file storage), Vercel (website) and Google (sign-in, and YouTube when you upload a video). Their servers may be outside Vietnam.

We do not sell your data and do not use your stories to train AI models.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete your account and data by emailing hello@ezaudio.app. Deleting your account also deletes your story history and remaining characters.
